It was a great course. As always it makes you push boundaries and go outside your comfort zone. Being without a job for so long, and having a new daily routine of couch sitting with my dog on my lap, this was a really good push to help me get up from my couch. With making to-do lists that you want accomplished in a few months rather than right now, and writing down good and bad habits, it was a wonderful four-week course.
